BackUp Feature Does NOT Work! Waste of Money

Have used this app for awhile and found it to be fairly good, although the recurring transactions dont "recur" like they are supposed to. I have to re-enter them regularly. Just got a new phone and when I re-installed this app, all of my transactions were gone! Not good, but I guess my fault because I didnt pay to upgrade for the dropbox back-up (assumed it backed up on iTunes). Anyway, just paid to upgrade, but the back-up with dropbox doesnt work. I get an error message every time. Waste of money and time.
