Loved it when it works properly

Ive had this app for awhile and it was outstanding when working properly. But back in February this year, it just has this annoying glitch that would not add up my balance correctly. So it completely defeats the purpose. Ive even tried to purchase the newer version but no luck. Ive tried to contact the maker twice now and have had no replies. Im also forced to use the free app version vs. the previous paid app version because that stopped working too (as other reviews have already noted).
