Reconciled checks arent showing up

This happened during the last update of iOS 10. I went to reconcile the checks and my balance was off so I went back to unhide the reconciled ones and they are not there. However if I look in the search engine for that particular check it will show up. I have emailed the company three times and havent gotten a reply. I did pay for this app and have had it for years and loved it. Now Im worried Ill have to get another app. I just wish somebody would contact me and let me know if theyre working on it as its been along time since Theyve updated the app anyways.
